Adv. Yusuf Abrahani’s son-in-law Athar Supariwala was arrested on the charges of kidnapping a Std 12 student Osama Raees who claims he was meeting a friend in Nagpada when a man approached him and told him that drug peddling is a profitable business and got angry when he refused to comply, however Adv. Yusuf Abrahani rubbished the rumours and called it a ‘fight among friends’.
Adv. Yusuf Abrahani's was also arrested in 2015 for assualting a police officer and driving a car with a red beacon on it to impersonate the police.
